Our camps offer top-tier technical input and feedback, helping rowers take huge steps forward during their week with in the sun. Whether it’s distance on the water, rate work, skills and drills or a competitive environment to raise the bar, Gillian has it covered!
Beyond just rowing, we focus on increasing overall fitness with expert guidance, ensuring participants leave stronger and more confident. Set against the stunning backdrop of Sabaudia, our camps foster a supportive and friendly community, where athletes build lasting friendships while pushing themselves to reach new heights.

Full board
Full board accommodation, offering nutritious meals to fuel your body throughout camp.
Transfers
Transfers from the airport are arranged for all participants, ensuring a stress-free journey from arrival to departure.
Coaching
Guidance from experienced rowing coaches, whose expertise and passion for rowing will help you enjoy and progress each day.
Video analysis
The camera never lies! Each coach will support your technical improvement through video feedback. At your request, videos will be shared with you.
Workshops
Evening workshops covering relevant topics including nutrition, recovery and race planning.

One of Gillian's favourite rowing lakes in the world, just an hour south of Rome on Italy's beautiful coast.

A typical day on camp
Training days settle into a rhythm quickly – two sessions on the water, technical work in between, and evenings built around recovery as much as effort.
